Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me in advance. • Cancellations made with proper notice may receive a credit toward a future session or a refund, at my discretion. • No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without prior communication) are considered forfeited appointments. Payment will not be refunded or credited, as time and preparation were reserved exclusively for you. • If you are late to your session, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. I am unable to extend sessions due to lateness, and full payment still applies. • I will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. After that, the session will be canceled on my end and considered a no-show. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
